Mr. Wondra serves as the Director, Human Resources for Centric. During his time at Centric, he has built a foundation for the Company to effectively execute on its strategic growth plans. He is responsible for and is leading the charge to continue growing the Company at an unprecedented rate to keep up with the Companies extreme growth!
Jared is a Human Resources leader with 14+ years’ human resource experience with nationally recognized organizations, which include Insperity and ADP. As well as local organization’s such as his recent company Achilles Group. Mr. Wondra has built an expertise in the areas of Recruiting, Leadership Development, Compensation, Training, Employee Relations, and Employment Law Compliance, among others. Jared brings with him a track record of successfully supporting business decision-making processes through organizational leadership, change management, and workforce planning and development. Jared is a collaborative business partner to all the Leaders in the Organization.
Jared received his Bachelor’s Degree with a Minor in Business Administration from Sam Houston State University, in Huntsville, TX where he finished his College Baseball playing career. Jared enjoys spending time with his Family, Friends, and watching his favorite sports Baseball, Football, and Golf in his spare time!
